Betting Host

**BASED AT ASPERS WESTFIELD STRATFORD CITY**

**SALARY 12phr - 20hrs per week**

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Customer Service professional for the position of Betting Host in our exciting new sports betting area at our Aspers Westfield Stratford City site.

The role will be responsible for delivering a proficient and efficient customer service experience within the Sportsbet area.

**THE ROLE**

Our retail betting team are obsessed with delivering high quality standards and exceptional customer service.

Our Betting Hosts will:

- Greet and welcome customers to our Sportsbet area
- Be happy to work autonomously or part of a team
- Take bets, pay out winners and assist with customer queries
- Demonstrate our betting and gaming terminals to customers
- Support our managers with opening and closing of the betting area
- Ensure that we always maintain high standards
- Build relationships with our customers, ensuring that they enjoy our products whilst betting responsibly.

**YOUR EXPERIENCE**
- Experience in a Betting Shop is not essential, but desirable
- Previous cash handling experience
- Previous experience of providing excellent customer care
- GCSE Maths and English at grade C or above (or equivalent)
- IT skills

This role functions in a business that operates evenings and weekends, and as such full flexibility is required. The role will be expected to be available to work for any requirements within Aspers & this will mean evening & weekend obligations outside of ‘normal’ working hours
