Hseq Co-ordinator

Fox (Owmby) Limited are a long established Civil Engineering contractor based at Caenby Corner. We are currently recruiting for a full time HSEQ Coordinator to support the delivery of successful projects across the business.

**Position Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- General administrative duties to support the work of the Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality Team
- Assisting with company induction system improvements and implementation
- Assisting with organisation of internal training courses
- Booking external training courses
- Assist with the development of improvement campaigns and plans
- Assisting the HSEQ manager with preparation, improvement and monitoring of the company Integrated Management System
- Preparation and internal auditing of files in preparation for company external audits
- Providing holiday cover for other administrative teams
- With further training and experience, progress to on site audits of our waste and operations sites

Training
- On the job training will be provided for the role

**Skills and personal attributes that we are looking for**:
Experience/Qualifications
- Experience of working within the construction sector is preferable, but not essential
- Experience in auditing or implementing company management systems is preferable but not essential
- Experience and understanding of the HSEQ environment is an advantage

**Skills**:

- Good general IT skills
- Good communication skills
- Full UK driving license
