**About you**

As an onboarding consultant, your contribution ensures we achieve our goals in customer success. You will have an enthusiastic approach and be technically minded with a basic knowledge of systems. As an effective communicator, you will be able to liaise with team members and customers to overcome presenting challenges and configuration of our systems. Operational background would be preferred along with understanding of workflow management.

**What will we provide**

With our quickly evolving SaaS solution, the triSaaS team will introduce you to the software with a systematic training process broken down by milestones, you will be provided with one-on-one support from our team, with a vast amount of knowledge and experience. We aim to develop our team members in product knowledge, and continuous improvement of implementation processes.

**Our Position**

An office-based role located at The Gyleworks in Edinburgh’s buzzing Gyle business district. Our salary is competitively based on current position and experience. Hours of work are 9am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday with standard holiday allowance and pension scheme.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
