Import Coordinator | Immingham | up to £26k per annum
**Your new company**
A leading shipping and freight forwarding organisation, specialising in direct services across Europe. This organisation offer competitive, flexible and customised transport and logistic solutions for land, sea and air.
**Your new role**
As Import Coordinator your main responsibilities will include;
- Special Contract Customer Service/admin
- Take import bookings and create in organisations internal software
- Liaising with stakeholders
- Sales invoice preparation for admin team
- Assist team with administrative functions

**What you'll need to succeed**
To be considered for this position you will need to have a passion and the right attitude to operate at a high level within a busy and dynamic department whilst maintaining a great teamwork ethic. You will also;
- Have a high level of organisational skills and attention to detail
- Be customer focussed with the determination and willingness to deliver an excellent level of service
- Have good decision making skills and be able to evaluate, prioritise and plan while responding to quickly changing workloads
- Have a methodical, logical approach with good problem-solving abilities, be able to work on your own initiative within a time critical setting as part of a team
- Have good IT skills
