We are looking for Waiters and Waitresses to join our team.

Opened in 2021, MiMi Mei Fair is an opulent restaurant situated within an unassuming Georgian townhouse on Mayfair’s Curzon Street: a three-storey space that weaves together Chinoiserie style and Georgian glamour to celebrate the food, style, and heritage of old-world China.
Within the resplendent rooms of MiMi’s private residence, diners are taken on a journey inspired by the imagined travels of Empress MiMi — keeper of the most revered Chinese culinary secrets. Filled with trinkets, antiques and heirlooms from the Nair family’s personal collections, each room has been thoughtfully designed with inspiration drawn from ancient folklore tales and the whimsical art and interiors of 1920s Shanghai. As a result, every inch of the restaurant, from the luxurious dining rooms to the intimate Moon Bar, is fit for an Empress, blending oriental glamour with modern day eclecticism.

**Service**
- Ensure high standard service is provided at all time
- Being aware of all bookings and any special requirement
- Ensure all areas are ready and set for service
- Knowledge of table numbers

**Product Knowledge**
- Attend all compulsory staff meeting and training sessions to improve knowledge
- Allergen knowledge
- Maximise sales opportunities wherever possible
- Knows the history and the art work of the restaurant
- Basic wine and cocktail knowledge
- Epos - Tevalis usage

**Health and Safety Licencing**
- Ensure all licencing laws and company policies are adhered to including underage drinking
- All our Employees are responsible for the safety of all our guests and colleagues. Therefore any dangerous situations must be actioned immediately where possible (e.g. a spillage is cleared up right away using a wet floor sign)
- Issues that cannot be resolve immediately need to be relayed to a manager immediately e.g. damaged electrical socket

**Cleanliness and shift organisation**
- Responsible for own sections' cleanliness
- Opening section to make sure everything is ready for service
- Closing down section at the end of the shift
- Ensure personal hygiene, uniform and appearance is well maintained at all time
- Ensure all equipment is cleaned and maintain as per weekly/daily check lists

**Training**:

- Looking after an individual assigned to train as a buddy
