**Job Summary**:
**Experience**:

- Motivated, self-starter to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team, willingness to take

responsibility.
- Two years or more experience of delivering business intelligence reporting and analysis in a

complex data environment utilising the Microsoft BI stack.
- Good interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact in a

professional manner with a diverse group, non-managers, managers, directors, super users and

third-party software providers; a high degree of numeracy and literacy is sought for production of

accurate and persuasive reports.
- Some experience of gathering, analysing, translating and documenting user requirements;
- Experience of development life cycle projects (Dev, UAT and Live)
- Some experience of ETL (Extract, transform and load) in a customer data management context.
- Experience developing and maintaining SQL server queries, stored procedures, building and
- Experience/Knowledge of SQL server analysis services (SSAS) and SQL server integration

services (SSIS) is desirable.
- Experience in using and maintaining Data Warehouse built on a MS SQL server platform.
- Some knowledge of maintaining MS Power BI dashboards and DAX queries.

**Responsibilities**:
**Management Information and Reporting**
- Reporting - Liaise with stakeholder/departments to document, translate and sign off amends and

changes to existing reporting requirements. Design and build efficient and reusable SQL queries

for data extraction and analysis, CRM Advanced Find views.
- Provide internal stakeholders, third-party providers and external CIOB partners with marketing

and campaign data
- Data Warehouse - Working with external technical partners and the Senior BI Analyst; support

on-going change processes involving the DW content and structure and the reporting layer

(model) to ensure it continues to support the business
- Business Intelligence - manage production support for reporting dashboards (MS CRM and MS

Power BI) and management reporting
- Collaborate with other DDaT (Digital, Data and Technology) and business colleagues to provide

collective insights

**Business Application Support**
- Assist in day to support for CRM transaction and maintenance activities, including resolving

variances and queries

organisation Service Desk tool; manage user expectation, escalation procedures and agreed

SLA's
- Assist in the management of external (member) data queries (CIOB Data in-box)
- Maintain CRM custom territory hub/region mappings, membership products, financial GL

coding/mapping.
- Development - Support the Design and build of CRM custom forms, system views, personal

the organisation and in accordance to agreed requirements.

**Project/Initiatives**
- Support CIOB strategic projects/workstreams as required, conducting research and

collecting/scoping business activities/requirements as required
- Support the project to migrate the CIOB Data Warehouse to a MS Azure platform.
- Work with project teams to procure, implement and validate appropriate analytics against

identified performance measurement frameworks
- Work with project teams on UAT (User Acceptance Testing) activities
- Work as part of, or within, agile or scrum teams on a specific project or in day-to-day continuous

improvement activities.

**Month End Reporting (Management Information Pack)**
- Manage and monitor month end procedures and the production of management reports and
