**About the Team**

We are looking for individuals who are enthusiastic in learning about the day-to day operations of a GP surgery and looking for a career in Primary care. We are expanding our Management Support team, with a view to supporting the existing Management team to improve the smooth running of the 3 sites that form Lakeside Healthcare St Neots.

**Job Introduction**

Working closely with the Operations & Admin Manager this role will serve as the main point of contact for all IT related issues, as well as general operational responsibilities. They will have a good working knowledge of the day-to-day operation of the individual sites and IT platforms.

**What you will do**
- Supporting the Management team to ensure compliance with all regulatory aspects such as Fire safety, Health and Safety, Disability Compliance and CQC regulations.
- Be first point of contact for all IT related issues, including organising IT for new starters to the business.
- General support to the Management team, including arranging meetings, appraisals, training etc

**Essential Criteria**

You will need a good standard of education and working knowledge of IT systems, however training on specific IT systems will be provided. A can-do attitude with good organisational schemes is essential, you will need to be reactive to situations that may occur and be a calm, positive and helpful addition to our growing the team.
