Reporting to the Payroll Process Leader the Payroll Associate will provide support to the payroll team with monthly payrolls, reporting and administration. This position is FTC for 12-15 months and part time (24 hours per week).

This role is based at our European Divisional Support Centre (EDSC) based in Irvine, Scotland and is available for hybrid working.

Key Accountabilities:
- Monitoring and responding to mailbox requests- Preparing monthly payroll reports- Assisting with maintaining the payroll system- Importing monthly payments on the payroll system- Month end journals- Filing

Knowledge Required:
- 1 - 2 years administration experience within a busy office environment, preferably within a payroll or financial environment- System literate with good Excel skills essential- Excellent communication skills and the integrity to deal with payroll correspondence in the strictest confidence- Good organisational and time keeping skills- Ability to resolve daily issues and escalate where appropriate- Ability to work in a team and contribute to team success
