We are looking to recruit a permanent Mobile Cleaning Operative to work on a portfolio of Residential customer sites in the Ashford TW15 (and surrounding) areas.

You will need some prior professional cleaning experience, but full training is provided.

You will also need a Full UK Driving Licence (Company Vehicle is also provided)

**Core Responsibilities - Cleaning Operative / Mobile Cleaner**:

- Dust, damp wipe or wash walls, skirting boards, hand rails, ledges, window sills, radiators, lifts, doors and frames
- Sweeping floors with brushes or dust control mops.
- Mopping floors with wet or damp mops.
- Hovering of carpeted areas.
- Emptying waste bins or similar receptacles, transporting waste material to designated collection points.
- Mix cleaning supplies in the correct quantities for safe use.
- Replenish consumable items e.g. soap, toilet rolls, paper towels
- Clean toilets, urinals, hand basins and sinks
- Clean communal kitchen areas

Pay: £12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
