Administrator/Coordinator - Job Purpose

To Support the sale of new build properties, disposal of existing assets through the right to buy/acquire, strategic disposals and their resale. You will support the sales process from start to finish, including marketing, qualification of applicants, legal compliance, and document retention.

Administration/Coordinator - Job Role

To support the disposal of properties to include open market sales, shared ownership, right to buy/acquire

Support the Sales Process

Support commercial activities

Compiling documentation

Administration Assistance to include mail merges and invoices

Coordinate Customer feedback and produce reports

Administration of the audit process

Accurate record-keeping

Collating regular updates

Administration/Coordinator - The Person

You will have experience working within a customer-focused environment and have excellent communication skills; you will enjoy communicating with others both verbally and in writing. You will be experienced in maintaining accurate data and records and will be confident in using a range of IT systems and databases.

Monday to Friday 37 hours per week

£20,141 to £22,379 dependent on experience
