Alongside our three Lunn’s Showrooms, the business has extended by a further 6 standalone Mono-brand Stores including Rolex, OMEGA, Breitling, Gucci, Montblanc & TAG Heuer. Further expansion is also planned with the exiting opening of the Tudor store in Spring 2024.

**Position Summary**:
Under the general direction of the store management team, the key aspects of this role are to:
(a) Actively sell luxury watches and Jewellery within a high-quality retail environment ensuring that set targets are achieved.

(b) Always maintain a high level of customer service in line with Company standards.

(c) Proactively adhere to the Company training programme by completing the JET programme as part of your personal development in your role.

(d) As a team member actively contribute positively to the team environment and Lunn’s ethos.

(e) Maintain the condition of the stock held in the store, ensuring that the showroom and displays are always clean and tidy and that normal housekeeping duties are carried out in accordance with Company standards.

(f) Deal effectively and efficiently with all aspects of customers’ enquiries i.e. special orders, aftercare etc.

(g) Work closely with the store management team to play a key role in delivering excellence in customer service.

**Hours**:

- Full-Time: 5 days per week, 38.25 standard hours (typically 08.30am-17.30 or equivalent on late nights) Monday - Sunday with rotating days off
- The position requires flexibility during working hours to enable the best possible use of time.
- There may also be a requirement for additional hours to cover late night trading and additional business needs,

**Person Specification**

**Essential Criteria**:

- GCSE English and Maths C grade or above (or equivalent)
- Minimum of 2 year of sales experience in a customer facing role
- Excellent communication skills
- Flexibility regarding hours of work

**Desirable Criteria**:

- Retail experience of jewellery or watches
