Job Details

An exciting position has become available to work with Haleon, one of the world leaders in Healthcare and Oral Care with globally recognisable brands including Sensodyne, Voltarol and Centrum.

As the healthcare and wellness shopper expert, you'll support Haleon's organisation strategise and unlock opportunities, based on shopper behaviour. By owning a revenue growth target and by practising strategic account management skills with the support of your team, you'll aim to win client ad-hoc spend through identifying services and solutions to elevate Haleon’s market understanding.

The role also involves collaboration with IRI/ Nielsen across accounts as well as other Kantar agencies. This additionally means gaining regular exposure to Usage, Expert Solutions and Worldpanel Plus teams internally and plenty of opportunity to participate in various workstreams and squads within the H&B team and across the Kantar business.

The role
- Account Development: Grow & advance how clients see our role in their businesses, giving them the insights they need and the confidence that we are the right partner for their needs.
- Insight: Analyse shopper behavior and turn this into actionable insights, communicating our capabilities and recommendations with impact
- Revenue: You will own a growth target and work with your team to find, develop and close new leads by enhancing client relationships and finding out their key business questions.
- Collaboration: Work in close conjunction with other units in our business and often with other Insight Agencies that our clients may use to develop your broader understanding.

Capabilities and experience
- Strong analytical skills, a natural curiosity for analysing shopper data and turning this into actionable insights.
- Strong verbal and visual presentation skills with the ability to put together insightful and impactful presentations, as well as a high standard of written communication
- Ability to build and maintain fantastic client relationships, encouraging trust and confidence.
- A commercial mindset - ability to spot sales opportunities, propose solutions and convert them
- Passionate and enthusiastic about the markets they work in, as well as our business and working as a team, particularly for Haleon’s key markets in Healthcare, Wellness and Oral Health.
