The client works with well known residential developers across the UK so experience with these type of clients would be advantageous.

**The ideal Estimator will have**:

- A strong background in Groundworks and Earthworks
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- A thorough understanding of contract law and regulations
- You should have atleast 6 years experience

**Salary**: £55,000.00-£75,000.00 per year
