**Room Leader - Pre-school Room**

Veritas Education are recruiting for a Room Leader to run the Pre-school room as well as their own team of Early Years Practitioners Are you ready for the next step in your career? Are you ready to be challenged? Are you a hardworking individual with apassion for working with children?

We want to hear from you

My client is seeking an experienced and motivated Room Leader to work alongside management and lead their own team in the Pre-school room. This role requires a strong work ethic ensuring high expectations are being met by your team as well as ensuring thehighest standards of childcare are being always met, you will also be responsible for having key children, building relationships with parents and colleagues, following observations, and always using the EYO.

**You will need**:

- One years' experience in an educational setting
- Experience in a leadership role (desirable)
- Level 3 qualification or a degree in Early Years/Childhood studies
- A passion for working with children
- Excellent communication, organisational and interpersonal skills.
