**Housekeeping Supervisor**

**This is a hands on role and you will be expected to participate in the cleaning of the rooms as well as managing.**

The Limes Country Lodge, a privately owned 27-bedroom hotel, restaurant, conference, and wedding venue in Solihull, Warwickshire, is seeking a Housekeeping professional to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with a passion for customer service and a desire for long-term career growth.

As a Housekeeping Supervisor you will be responsible for:

- Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of guest rooms and public spaces.
- Assisting in front-of-house duties as needed.
- Organising the housekeeping team on a daily basis
- Ensuring all supply's are in stock as necessary
- Controlling housekeeping rotors and maintaining budgets

To excel in this role, you should have:

- Previous housekeeping supervisory experience
- A passion for customer service
- A can-do attitude
- Strong organizational skills.
- Able to do weekend shifts

You should also be able to multitask, have high standards of work, have good personal presentation, and be a team player.

The successful Housekeeping Supervisor will join a great team and work in a fantastic working environment, and will be trained, motivated and driven to improve skills and achieve their full potential. They will be given the opportunity to shine, the freedom to use their creativity and bring their own ideas to the workplace, and have the opportunity to progress within the company, including support to gain formal qualifications.

**Salary**: £11.00-£13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
