Reports to QSSHE Team Leader
Supports QSSHE team in all areas requiring administration. Development role to advance skills and knowledge with a view for internal progression within the department.
**Key Activities & Responsibilities**
**Key Activity 1 - Quality, Safety, Security, Health & Environment**
Responsible for one’s own, co-worker’s and stakeholder’s health, safety and quality. First Aider, Mental Health First Aider & Fire Warden responsibilities across the Stokesley offices. Ensure stock of required PPE to ensure employee’s safety whilst on off site visits.
**Key Activity 2 - Administration**
Ensure that all documents related to our ISO standards and accreditations including, policies and procedures are valid and up to date and filed correctly.
Utilising the ERP EVT System, investigate, identify root cause, analyse non-conformances, incidents and internal EVTS, prepare CAPA reports when required.
Engage the continual improvement culture with all colleagues and suppliers.
Assist the QSSHE Team Leader from an administrative perspective across all areas required within the department
**Key Activity 3 - Risk Assessments**
Become part of the team responsible for internal, office-based RAs along with external RAs associated with all aspects of the business. Ensure maintenance of said RAs is carried out on a regular periodic basis. Highlight concerns at an early stage within the process to the management team
**Qualifications, Skills and Knowledge E/D* (Essential/Desirable)**
- Reasonable level of Maths and English **D**:

- Previous roles in QSSHE or within logistics industry **D**:
- Experience of managing a range of tasks in a prioritised structure **D**
