A monday Wednesday thursday every other Saturday and 3 Sundays a month position available at a very busy fast paced family run business. You will be responsible for the daily aspects of the catering operation, this will include everything from preparing meals to ensuring the dining area is kept clean and tidy.
Basic food hygiene certificate or evidence of food hygiene is essential for this role.
- Applicant is to have at least 2 years kitchen experience and be fully knowledgeable on all protocols and legistration for food handling, prep and storage.

Job Duties

prepare all food items as directed in a sanitary and timely maner.Follow recipes and presentation specifications. Assist in the cleaning and organisation of kitchen and equipment. You will also be required to record food temperatures, stock checking and date checks.

the shifts are Monday wednesday Thursday 2 saturdays a month.
and 3 Sundays a month enhanced weekend rate of £12
