An opportunity has arisen for a motivated **Project Surveyor** to join our growing team at Hillhouse Quarry Group Ltd t/a MacAsphalt.

**Job Purpose**: Supporting the Project Manager of a Large Shared Use Footway/Cycleway in the Stirling Area, the Project Surveyor will be involved in all commercial aspects of leading to the day-to-day delivery, co-ordination and management of the project.

**The Role Includes**:
Carry out estimating, cost control and tracking the commercial performance of live project.

Record, track and notify TQ’s, PMI’s and CE’s.

Proven ability to negotiate with sub-contractors and suppliers and monitor their performance.

Prepare and agree final accounts.

Meet with clients to carry out joint measures on site.

Working knowledge of NEC Contracts.

Working knowledge of operational procedures and safe working practices relating to the work.

Demonstrate a good understanding of the procedures relating to estimating, bills of quantities, contracts/tenders and cost controls.

Working knowledge of relevant health and safety legislation.

Good ICT skills.

**Salary**: £Negotiable - depending on experience.You will also be eligible for the following:
