Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and engage with potential employers to promote apprenticeship programs.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand employers' requirements and apprenticeship opportunities.
- Match apprentices with suitable employers based on skills, interests, and career goals.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with both employers and apprentices to ensure successful placements.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to employers and apprentices throughout the apprenticeship journey.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets for apprenticeship placements.
- Stay informed about industry trends, apprenticeship standards, and funding opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless placement process.
- Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to management.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in sales, recruitment, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of apprenticeship programs and vocational training.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and target-driven with a track record of achieving sales goals.
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
