**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Production Scheduler to join our dynamic team at Global Fan Network. You will be responsible for overseeing and optimising all production workflows and processes, managing complex schedules and leading a team of talented professionals. Your deep understanding of sports, especially within the premier league football environment, will play a crucial role in elevating our content and ensuring seamless execution of our productions.

**Responsibilities**:
**Production Planning and Execution**:Develop comprehensive production plans and strategies for various social media and broadcast projects. Ensure that all production activities align with company objectives and meet the highest quality standards.

**Complicated Production Scheduling**:Manage intricate production schedules, taking into account multiple concurrent projects, tight deadlines, and potential unforeseen changes.

**Resource Management**:Allocate resources effectively, including personnel, equipment, and budget, to optimize production efficiency and achieve project deliverables.

**Budget Oversight**:Collaborate with the finance department to create and manage production budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to financial guidelines.

**Influencer & Talent Management**:Develop and maintain strong relationships with external influencers, crew and contractors to secure necessary resources and streamline production processes.

**Risk Assessment and Mitigation**:Identify potential production risks and develop contingency plans to address challenges and maintain project timelines

**Studio Management**:Ensure the studios are maintained and kept orderly and opened and closed securely and the start and end of each working day. Liaise with admin staff should equipment or supplies need to be ordered. Keep an inventory of production equipment for insurance purposes.

**Requirements**:
**Experience**:Minimum 6 years of experience in production, with a significant focus on media production, in the social media environment, and sports focus would be a bonus.

**Leadership Skills**:Proven experience in leading and managing teams in a fast-paced production environment.

**Production Expertise**:Demonstrated track record in managing complex production schedules and coordinating various aspects of the production process.

**Communication**:Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

**Problem-solving**:Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to tackle challenges and find practical solutions.

**Adaptability**:Ability to thrive in a dynamic and rapidly changing sports media landscape.

**Flexibility**:Willingness to work outside of regular business hours on occasion, as needed.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £35,000.00-£42,000.00 per year
