We’re looking for a **Transport / Debrief Apprentice** to join us in **Crick **(NN6 7SL) on a full-time, **15 month initial contract **with an aim to go permanent after completing your apprenticeship.

Working hours for this role is Monday to Friday 05:30-14:30.

**Pay, benefits and more**:
We’re looking to offer a salary of up to £19,000. We offer 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays) and you’ll have access to a variety of high street discounts, cycle to work scheme, workplace pension and many other benefits.

**Here's what you'll get up to**:

- Act as the main point of contact to both our drivers and customers, effectively dealing with any issues in a timely manner
- Carry out driver debriefs, and liaise with the warehouse teams and the day staff
- Carry out administrative tasks as directed by your manager
- Escalate details of vehicle accidents, defects or any fleet issues to senior management
- Report to the Transport Manager

**What you need to succeed at XPO**:

- Individuals must achieve level 1 in Maths and English prior to taking the End Point Assessment at the end of the apprenticeship.
- Excellent communication skills - you’ll be speaking regularly with various stakeholders
- Good understanding of Microsoft packages including Excel and Outlook

**What you'll achieve during your apprenticeship**:
You'll gain valuable workplace knowledge while working alongside some of the most experienced transport managers in the industry, you'll learn new technologies, problem solving and communication skills.

Upon successful completion of your apprenticeship you'll achieve the qualification of Level 2 Traffic Office Apprenticeship.
