Herdsperson

We are looking to recruit two full-time experienced herdspeople to join our team at Houghton Lodge Farm in Leicestershire. This is a 1,100 cow Spring calving operation providing milk through Arla.

The right person will be passionate with a willingness to learn. They will have great organisation skills and fantastic attention to detail; being punctual and able to work closely with the team on farm is essential.

This is the perfect opportunity for someone to further upskill themselves working with our experienced manager and central team.

Continual training and development opportunities are provided and success in this role could lead to a bigger role either on this farm or at one of our other sites around the country, following in the footsteps of previous employees.

Competitive salary based on knowledge and experience. Shared accommodation is available on site.
