- Conducting Market Appraisals
- Closing for business
- Listing properties to the market

**To be considered for the Sales Valuer role you must have**:

- Experience in Valuing
- The ability to promote company services and value properties
- Strong sales and customer service skills

**Working hours**:
As a Sales Valuer, you’ll be required to work Full-Time

**Our client is offering the successful Valuer**:

- £25,000 - £30,000 Basic
- £40,000 - £45,000 OTE
- Company car
