**Position Overview**:
As a Drinks Runner / Trainee Waiter, you will play a pivotal role in delivering an exceptional guest experience. Your responsibilities will include ensuring timely and professional food and drink service, building genuine relationships with our guests, and maintaining a comprehensive knowledge of our food and beverage offerings. You will be a key contributor to our commitment to Food Safety and Health & Safety practices, and you'll work to keep our back-of-house, corridors, and drop-off areas clean and organized. Additionally, you will actively participate in briefings, meetings, and training sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide an exceptional level of hospitality and establish warm and genuine relationships with our guests.
- Ensure the timely and professional delivery of food and drinks.
- Communicate confidently and professionally with guests.
- Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of food and beverage offerings.
- Adhere to all relevant Food Safety and Health & Safety practices, policies, and procedures.
- Keep back-of-house areas, corridors, and drop-off areas clear and tidy.
- Attend briefings, meetings, and training sessions.
