**Salary**: Band 4, £25,911 - £29,411 per annum (pro-rate for part time)

Hours: 37 hours per week

**What will my role be as an Evaluation Coordinator?**

Your role will be to work with Teams across Your Trust to lead on measuring the impact of our programmes of creative and physical activities designed to increase the health and wellbeing of our local communities. This includes supporting the design and leading on the implementation and coordination of the company evaluation strategy, working with Teams across Arts and Heritage and Development to embed a consistent approach, analysing and presenting of data and identification of trends to support and inform strategic decision making.

**What do I need to have?**
- Experience of deploying a range of evaluation methodologies and tools
- Experience of uploading evaluation data to a range of platforms, dashboards and portals
- Friendly, outgoing person who likes to work with different groups and ages
- Knowledge of up-to-date developments and best practice in evaluation tools and methodology
- Confident with managing and interpreting data including accurate use of numbers and percentages
- Ability to work within a team with common objectives with a can-do attitude, a high degree of flexibility and the ability to respond proactively
- Excellent communication; both oral and written and excellent interpersonal skills
