What you will be doing:
This is primarily a client facing role and you will assume responsibility for a number of existing CRC accounts.
- Lead client meetings to present the results of the surveys to our clients’ senior management and client-facing teams and ensure that the reports have been prepared to the highest standard.
- Build, manage and develop the relationship with these accounts and key decision makers.
- Work with CRC Managing Director (to whom you will report) to help develop and improve the quality of our overall service.
- The primary requirement is to deliver our service to the clients/accounts that you will be responsible for, helping them manage their client relationships and maintaining/establishing our status as a valued and indispensable partner. This will involve working closely with CRC’s account managers to ensure that reports, analysis and insight are prepared in a timely manner, delivering thoughtful and stimulating debriefs, and providing advice to the accounts that you are responsible for. You will also be responsible for actively manage your client relationships.
- Over time you will also contribute more broadly to the business, helping to promote, development implement new and better ways of working, both internally and with our clients.

What you will need:

- Communicator:Confident and credible communicator who can facilitate stimulating and effective debriefs. An ability to listen and communicate effectively.
- Curiosity:Someone who is curious about the psychology of business relationships and interested in the stories that statistics and feedback can tell.
- Emotional Intelligence:High levels of emotional intelligence (self awareness, ability to self manage, awareness of others and ability to manage relationships) and the ability to empathise with both external (client) and internal (colleague) relationship dynamics. Interested in self-development and personal growth.
