If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join a thriving, dynamic team as an Internal Communications & Engagement Coordinator.

As the Internal Communications & Engagement Lead, you will be at the forefront of shaping and executing the communication strategy based on best practices. Your role will involve crafting effective internal communication strategies that align with the business goals, values, and missions.

Key responsibilities will include;
Developing internal communication programmes, supporting the larger UK wide business, which also includes focuses on equality, diversity and inclusion and employee engagement.
- Building meaningful relationships with stakeholders and audiences to determine key messages, target audiences and appropriate channels to use.
- Utilising digital platforms and tools to help drive employee engagement and support the communication strategies.
- Leading and delivering on employee engagement initiatives including employee surveys/ co-ordinating feedback groups.
- Developing and delivering information and news to relevant colleagues, regulatory updates, best practice guidance, People Team messages and other supporting documents.
- Working alongside the internal Marketing team to support Marketing campaigns to ensure consistency.

Experience
- Proven experience in producing and implementing internal communication and engagement strategies.
- Experience of driving change, from planning to post evaluation.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to develop and present coherent ideas with confidence. - Clear writing skills, strong editing, and proofreading skills. High attention to detail for all projects.
