Aviation centred consultancy is seeking a talented Data Analytics/Operational Research Professional for this crucial role providing the Data Analytics service to various Global clients. Harvesting their data to turn it into insights to inform improvement action planning and delivery. This role presents a great opportunity to work with successful senior leaders who can provide coaching to enable personal growth.

Key Accountabilities
- Harvest client's data to provide pertinent reporting and insights.
- Develop models to estimate the impact and value of actions taken.
- Participate with members of the client and team to turn insights into action and business cases.
- Track the impact of actions to evidence that changes have met the expected benefits.
- Develop repeatable methods that can be used on future jobs and possibly be turned into new saleable products.
- Experience & skills required
- An ability to articulate and interpret commercial-based questions, identifying and querying data and using statistics to arrive at an answer.
- A sound understanding of statistics (probability distributions, sampling, hypothesis testing, regression)
- Experience using statistical software and programming such as R, SQL, Python or similar in datasets.
- Excellent communication skills to be able to understand business needs of cross-functional stakeholders.
- Experience in identifying opportunities for product or business improvements and measuring the success of those initiatives.
- Some proven experience as a Data Analytics/Operational Research professional.
