We are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic and skilled Roofer to join our team based in and around Ashford kent area. The ideal person will be used to being responsible for their own job and a labourer. We are a company that goes above and beyond for our clients.

Pay will depend on your experience, ability, attention to detail, reliability and self-organisational skills. It will also vary according to whether you are using your own van and tools or the company's.

**Requirements**:
To be successful you must:

- Have a full UK driving licence and be able to commute to each Job depending on location. some days we require materials to be collected from local stockist
- Have a high standard of workmanship.
- Be consistently reliable and punctual.
- Be able to work on your own jobs.
- Be hard working, conscientious, and able to commit fully to work allocated.
- Have an eye for detail, with the ability to identify and propose solutions to problems.
- Must be able to communicate with clients and keep them informed of works planned for the day.
- Ability to work as a team

**Experience**:
You will have a minimum of 3 years’ experience **in AT LEAST TWO of the following**:

- Slate & Tiling Roofing
- Roofing Repairs
- Fascia, Soffits and Guttering
- Lead Work - step lead (possibly lead welding)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £150.00-£200.00 per day

**Benefits**:

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Yearly bonus

**Experience**:

- Roofing: 5 years (preferred)
