Bricklayer

Lyme Design & Build are a family run, well established building company based in Wilmslow specialising in house extensions, refurbishments and bespoke new build homes.

Due to expansion, we are looking to add a full-time permanent bricklayer to our team.

- Relevant qualifications in bricklaying.
- Ability to work using their own initiative but also to work as part of a team.
- Experience in domestic work.
- Full UK driving licence.

**Responsibilities include;**
- Setting out of brickwork.
- Floor slabs.
- Facing brickwork
- Detailed brickwork such as arches/panel work.
- Read architects drawings.
- Installing steelwork.
- Propping and knocking through for structural openings.

**Salary**: From £30,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Stockport, Greater Manchester: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Bricklaying: 5 years (required)
