Architectural Technician/ Technologist

Day to day as an employee of this practice, you are most likely to be working on technical drawings for very high-end bespoke homes. Our client are very open minded, so I highly recommend Architectural Technicians/ Technologists of all levels from a coupleyears' experience upwards to apply.

**Architectural Technician / Technologist Position Overview**
- Work on Bespoke Residential properties
- Maintain and form good relationships with colleagues and clients
- Execute technical and detailing skills to a high standard using Revit/ AutoCAD
- Use Revit, AutoCAD and Sketchup on a daily basis
- Working in RIBA stages (0-7)
- Work within a non-corporate environment

**Architectural Technician / Technologist Position Requirements**
- Living in or around Kendal
- Proficiency of ideally Revit hand AutoCAD
- Experience within high end residential and commercial sectors ( e.g. Hospitality, Hotels, Accommodation)
- Minimum 2/3 years practical experience
- Excellent creativity and technical capabilities
- Strong ability to work well in a team, as well as independently

**Architectural Technician / Technologist Position Remuneration**
- Competitive Salary (£28,000 - £40,000 DOE)
