**Summary**:
Caudwell Marine is a start-up engineering company, financially backed by John Caudwell, developing an innovative, patented outboard motor and Vessel Control System for launch in 2024.

The Caudwell Marine organisation is a small but growing, experienced team of people who are passionate about successfully bringing this technologically leading outboard motor to market. Each team member has a ‘hands on’ approach and supports each other for the benefit of the programme.

In this role you will support the Marketing & Communications Lead by assisting across the full range of marketing activities and execution of Marketing strategy, positioning Caudwell Marine as a premium brand. There is a strong digital focus with website and social media management as an essential part of the role. You will also be involved in supporting the attendance to exhibitions and product launches where you will be responsible for the planning & logistics of each event.

Caudwell Marine is a Dynamic and Disruptive brand and all Marketing activity should be positioned as such, whilst ensuring the market clearly understands the product and brand values.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Take lead on Social Media activity, including creative input and generating content
- Take ownership of Caudwell Marine website structure and content
- Create and manage Caudwell Marine internal newsletter and communications
- Provide creative input to all Marketing projects as required
- Coordinate and manage all content across all media platforms
- Maintain competitor landscape database
- Support execution of all marketing activity as needed through media and events
- Attend events as and when required to support
- Act as primary liaison with all marketing agencies and consultants
- Produce regular marketing performance reports to track progress and inform future activity

**Previous Experience**:

- Degree or equivalent in relevant field
- A Levels (B or Above) Desirable
- Experience of managing an organisation website & social media channel
- Minimum 1 years’ experience in a similar role
- Experience using social media management software e.g. Hootsuite
- Advanced in Microsoft Office - Word and PowerPoint
- Proficient in Microsoft Office - Excel
- Proficient in using Adobe software is an advantage
- Ideally worked in a Small, Medium Enterprise (SME)
- Experience communicating externally & internally at all levels

**Other**
- Monday to Friday (9am to 5pm) - flexible working/reduced hours may be considered
- Clean driving licence
- Located in Stratford-upon-Avon
- International travel may be required

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
