**Position Overview**:
We are currently seeking a diligent and motivated individual to join our team as a Housekeeping Porter. As Housekeeping porter your role will assist the housekeeping team in cleaning and maintaining guest rooms, public areas, and other hotel facilities. You will work closely with other departments to ensure seamless turnover of bedrooms and interact with guests in a professional, friendly manner.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Transport and handle cleaning supplies, linens, and equipment efficiently.
- Respond promptly to guest requests and inquiries, providing excellent customer service.
- Ensure that all hotel areas are kept tidy and presentable at all times.
- Assist with the delivery of guest luggage as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation in storage and supply areas.
- Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate team members.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to £11.80 per hour
