IPG-X is a rapidly growing business within the IPG network. As a newly created custom global automotive and luxe agency, with Bentley Motors as our founding client, we specialise in connecting brands with audiences across virtual and physical realities. IPG-X works under a new open architecture operating model that connects communications specialisms from across the entire IPG group to create bespoke solutions for brands and their consumers.

We’re looking for a Junior Designer that is naturally passionate, that brings ideas to the table - pushing the boundaries if necessary. Everyone should have a voice and feel able to speak up, especially if there’s an idea that can elevate our work We don’t just want you to create the big design ideas, a designer worth their salt also needs to know how to make things move, and this role is no different. We don’t just need this, we positively encourage it.

Our clients are big and small, our work is digital and it’s print. No one day is the same, but what is consistent is the need for high quality work regardless of how it’s finally delivered.

**About you**

You're a whiz with the most relevant Adobe CC apps, with After Effects, Premiere Pro Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign being the key software that you demonstrate technical confidence with.

You’re someone who is constantly looking to push the quality of design output. And who’s always a brand guardian for the clients you work on.

You're a passionate ambassador for the creative product, presenting ideas and business challenges to clients, and internal audiences.

You’re an inquisitive individual who shows interest in the work we’re producing and questions how we could do things better.

A desire to keep learning and growing in your career and push your design thinking.

You’ll enjoy being empowered to push creative boundaries when and where possible.
