Netcool Specialist(s) x 2
As Netcool technical specialist you will work in a rapid paced environment and must be able to work independently. You will be responsible for the maintenance and configuration of the Enterprise level IT monitoring systems based on the clients’ ITM Netcool Suite of products.
Key Skills:
- Expert around Tivoli Netcool Product Suite including Netcool Omnibus, Netcool Impact, Netcool WebTop
- Installation and management of IBM Tivoli Monitoring components
- Installation and management of Netcool Omnibus, Netcool Impact
- Writing of Netcool Omnibus rules file
- Configuration of Common Event Console
- Able to work within a production support environment performing L3 support activities
