**Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:
- Greet guests upon arrival and provide a warm welcome
- Check guests in and out of the hotel efficiently
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally
- Assist with reservations and room bookings
- Maintain a tidy and organised reception area
- Answer phone calls and direct them appropriately
- Provide information about hotel facilities
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records
- Take function booking/payments
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience in a hotel reception or hospitality role is advantageous
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle various guest situations tactfully
- Proficient in using hotel management software or booking systems
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Well-groomed appearance and professional demeanour
- Flexibility to work shifts including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
