We are looking for responsible, caring people to join our fantastic team in Chorley, Lancashire as Bank Residential Childcare Worker. You will provide critical support at peak times to our children and young people in their daily lives, ensuring they are safe, comfortable, and healthy.

You will join our Bank team, A guaranteed shift allocation providing crucial support to cover annual leave, sickness, training, or particularly busy periods, ensuring we can continue to deliver high standards of care to our children and young people.

**Entry Requirements**:

- Experience working with children/young people in a Residential Childcare setting
- Children, Young People Families Practitioner L4 or equivalent (preferred but not essential)
- A genuine passion for care and to be motivated by contributing to the progression of others.
- Life skills
- Be caring, compassionate, understanding and show patience.
- Be a team player, flexible, honest and reliable.
- Have a good sense of humour and not take things personally.
- Be confident and resilient.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Computer literacy
- Valid DBS update service
- A driving licence
