**Graduate IT Support Engineer - Swindon - £20,000 - £25,000 + bonus**

**A great opportunity to break into the world of IT, working for a global FinTech company - full training provided**

You will be joining a team who help to maintain maximum availability of the company platform, to enable the smooth and uninterrupted online and mobile financial transactions. You will also provide technical support for clients, taking responsibility forsolving complex and challenging issues.

You will be working with SQL, PowerShell and Unix on a daily basis - no prior experience with these technologies is required as full training will be provided.

The role would suit a bright graduate looking to break into the world of IT, who is able to pick up new concepts quickly. A scientific, mathematical or technical related degree would be ideal. It could also suit someone already working in an IT/ technicalsupport role, who is looking for something more challenging.

More than anything, having natural problem solving skills, along with great communication, are key here.
