**Role Responsibilities**:
- Develop comprehensive marketing strategies to support the clients requirements and business goals
- Create and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, coordinating effectively with the team
- Utilise data analytics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns
- Routinely monitor performance data and report on any recommendations based on insights
- Communicate regularly with clients regarding campaign developments and present findings
- Work closely with cross functional teams and collaborate with external partners
- Stay up to date with industry trends, new emerging technologies and the competitive market
**Skills you will need**:
- Essential:_
- Proven marketing experience preferably within a management/strategic role, ideally focussed on digital marketing
- Rural or agricultural knowledge and experience
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- A strategic thinker with a strong attention to detail
- Experience of using Google analytics, social media insights and other marketing software
- A creative and adaptable approach to work initiatives
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A strong team player who can work collaboratively across the team
- Motivated with a drive for excellence
