North Yorkshire Citizens Advice & Law Centre is looking for a motivated individual to join our quality team and provide support to the organisation to ensure high quality standards across our advice services.

The role can be based in any of our offices in North Yorkshire (Northallerton, Richmond, Malton, Scarborough, Selby, Harrogate, Whitby and Skipton) or can be carried out as a fully remote role from anywhere in the UK.

The Case Checker will quality check case records of staff and volunteer advisers using Citizens Advice best practice guidelines, providing feedback in a positive and sensitive manner.

The successful applicant will have excellent attention to detail and be able to quickly adapt to changing quality of advice practices.

You will need to have the ability to work on your own initiative as well as excellent IT skills and strong communication skills.

For this role it is essential to have Citizens Advice experience (either providing, supervising, case checking or quality assessing advice).
