Based at the Brighton Met Campus

We are seeking to appoint a Communication Support Worker to work with deaf students to facilitate communication in a College environment. The work may involve working with learners in practical and theory classes, tutorials, interviews, meetings and assessments.

You will need to be an enthusiastic and experienced Communication Support Worker (CSW) and will be working on a sessional basis to support d/Deaf learners. This work usually involves working with only one learner for each session. You will be working with an established team of CSWs and will have a caseload of learners.

Communication Support Workers work with D/deaf students to facilitate communication in a College environment. The work may involve working with learners in practical and theory classes, tutorials, interviews, meetings and assessments.
