**Description**:
We are currently looking for undergraduate students in their penultimate year of study to join us on our year long work placement programme in our London office.

twentyAI are a technology and data company who provide talent. Our vision is to unite the power of people, data and technology to transform how companies grow, scale and diversify.

We provide our clients with solutions to augment their business needs or embark on a programme of change and our services span staffing, executive search and interim consulting.

The role

As a placement year student you will join as an associate and be inducted into our business training programme and introduced to all areas of our business. You will receive ongoing training throughout the year and have the opportunity to work alongside our experienced consultants whilst experiencing a career within recruitment. We will assess you whilst training and ensure you are aligned to the most relevant fit for your journey with twentyAI.

What will you be doing
- You will begin in our consultant academy which will teach you the essential tools to become a high performing consultant alongside giving you exposure across our established Technology, Data, Risk and Finance teams
- We will assign you into a dedicated skill vertical alongside a business area that best fits your skill set and gives the best possible potential for success

Responsibilities will include
- Exposure to our client base throughout process to ensure client relationships are nurtured and protected
- Working with senior consultant & managers to provide market insights to clients whilst working on live mandates to ensure clients expectations are managed
- Attend client briefings and meetings alongside managers & senior consultants
