**Job purpose**

**Key responsibilities**
- Collaborate closely with mentor members of the Compliance team.
- Work on different topics across PHINIA’s Compliance and gain tons of practical experience in this legal area.
- Develop an understanding of compliance risks and their mitigation processes.
- Help with the completion of internal and external reports to regulators and authorities.
- Assist in monitoring and testing regulatory requirements, help to improve Compliance department processes.
- Play a role supporting regulatory requirements and initiatives including new regulation and ongoing internal projects.
- Day to day management of Compliance Office mailboxes.
- Provide corporate information to other departments, to include - Know Your Customer & due diligence requests.
- Other duties as assigned.
