A fantastic opportunity has come up for one of our sites in Daventry and GXO is seeking a talented and passionate individual for the position of **Engagement Coordinator**. As an Engagement Coordinator, you will play an integral role in providing various engagement activities to our colleagues on-site.

This role is being offered on a 12-month FTC, **part-time basis. 22.5hrs per week**. We can be flexible on days worked or half days.

**Pay, benefits and more**:
We’re looking to offer a salary of £13,599 per annum (Part-time). In addition, we offer 25 days of holiday pay (plus bank holidays), as well as the option to buy additional days. **What you’ll do on a typical day**:

- Manage a full range of HR activities within the Employee Lifecycle
- Provide advice and guidance on Absence Management and Performance Management
- Provide advice and guidance on Clipper Policy & Procedures
- Coaching & upskilling of managers across all levels

**What you need to succeed at GXO**:

- Basic HR knowledge
- A keen attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong IT skills, preferably with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Creative skills and creating engaging content
- Good Social media skills
