Gastroenterology Consultant

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee the gastroenterology care team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to patients with gastrointestinal conditions.
- Diagnose and manage patients with gastrointestinal disorders, including inflammatory bowel disease, liver diseases, and gastrointestinal cancers.
- Perform endoscopic procedures and interventions as required for diagnosis and treatment.
- Collaborate effectively with other medical specialists, nurses, and support staff to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families on gastrointestinal health and preventive measures.
**Requirements**:
- GMC registration and recognized specialist qualification in Gastroenterology are essential.
- Proven experience as a Gastroenterology Consultant, demonstrating excellence in clinical practice and leadership.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for providing compassionate care and patient support.
- A passion for continuous learning and staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in gastroenterology.
