**Flexible hours available**:

- **Afternoon into late evening (4pm to 11pm) - Monday
- Friday**:

- **Shifts available all day Saturday and Sunday**:

- **Overnight Shift (waking) - late evening into morning (11pm to 9am)**:

- **Shifts operate 7 days per week including bank holidays**

**Salary: £10.75 per hour (£20,749 per annum, pro rata)**

We are looking for Residential Accommodation Supervisors to join our team. The hours are allocated/requested on a monthly basis.

The Residential Accommodation Supervisor** **role is providing face to face support to our students as well assisting our residential supervisor with evening and weekend activities. This role is situated within our Residential accommodation at our beautiful Lackham campus. The role provides support to 16+ year old students, providing a safe and secure environment in which our residential students on campus can board while studying and enjoying College life.

**About the Role**

We are a lively halls and run regular events for our students. As a Residential Accommodation Supervisor you will be supporting in delivering evening activities for our students, encouraging and supporting their emotional well-being and encouraging social interaction, promoting independent living and ensuring their safety. You will be required to carry out routine checks, talking with residential students, planning parties, safeguarding, enrichment, wellbeing and health & safety advice. It is a fun role and no two days are the same.
