Role and Responsibilities

As a core member of our operations team, you will play a crucial role in turning our clients' vision into reality. You will be responsible for understanding requirements from clients and from our engineering department, and - working closely with our engineeringand product development teams, and with the rest of the operations team - you will focus on assembling exceptionally high quality machines which consistently exceed expectations. You will be responsible for:

- Building / assembling products to the requiredspecification and standards
- Inspection and testing of assembled units to specified test parameters
- Installation of machines in venues on an ad-hoc basis
- Management of stock levels
- Prioritisation and efficient management of work
- Using basic power tool usage (drilling, abrasive wheels, amongst others)
- Small scale electronic assembly work, including soldering and wiring.
- Pallet truck operation
- Any other task or duty required as deemed reasonable by the company. You are required to carry out your duties in accordance with the company's health and safety policies and procedures and adhere to all relevant health & safety laws. Essential:

- Mechanical assembly and workshop experience, including experience with basic hand tools, power tools etc
- Dexterous and the ability to handle and manipulate small components, with good hand/eye coordination
- Excellent communication skills - good listener, able to communicate clearly and concisely, able to follow multiple tasks and instructions
- Ability to take on a broad spectrum of work under pressure and to deliver within the agreed time frame - excellent time-management, planning and organisational skills
- Positive can-do attitude towards work and fellow team members
- Basic IT skills - Word, Excel etc. Desirable:

- Knowledge of electronics
- Knowledge of fabrication / working with metals
- Ability to read and understand work instructions and engineering drawings.
- Good level of health & fitness
- Used to workplace manual handling requirements
- Experience in vending, automated retail and dispense technologies

These roles will start on a Temporary basis and the hourly rate is £12.82 per hour
