**Are you a Children Residential Support Worker wanting to control your own rota with flexibility to work the shifts that suit you?**

**Weekdays, nights and weekend shifts are regularly available. The children home operates 24/7 with 12.5 hour standard shifts. As a Bank Children Residential Support Worker you'll be on a zero hour contract, giving you the freedom to choose the shifts you want to work.**

**You will be working for a dynamic, professional and innovative company, we strive for service excellence by investing in our people. We are committed to provide the best possible outcomes and making a positive difference to the future of the children and young people we care for.**

**You will work alongside a multidisciplinary team to support our young people. The service is staffed 24 hours a day by a dedicated team made up of registered manager, team leader and children residential support workers.**

**Job Type**: Zero hours contract

**Salary**: Up to £150.00 per day
