We are currently looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals who are looking to begin a career within the Service department of a main motor dealership.

**What Will You Be Doing?**

During your Apprenticeship, you will provide support to the Barnsley Service Department in a variety of different ways, including:

- Meeting & greeting customers both face to face and over the telephone.
- Liaising with the Workshop and other departments.
- Using the computer systems to assist with duties such as diarising work for the Workshop.
- Achieving pre-defined targets for upselling various Aftersales products & services
- Maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and service in line with Group and Manufacturer standards.

A £4000 Loyalty Bonus to be paid on completion of 6 years service with Pentagon Motor Group

The working hours for this role are Monday to Friday, 08:30am - 17:30pm.
