Thornbury Community Services is recruiting qualified paediatric complex care Nurses to join our team and provide care to our clients in the community.

Thornbury Community Services (TCS) is looking for children’s nurses that share our passion and values to join our community team. As part of Thornbury Community Services, you will be providing support to our clients within their own homes, avoiding hospital admissions, and ensuring they receive the best quality of care.

Pay Rates (including holiday pay)**:Days £39.11 / Nights £43.94 / Weekends £48.95**

**We are looking for**:

- A minimum of 12 months' UK experience in the last two years working closely with people with clinical complex needs, especially Tracheostomy, Ventilation and TPN
- Availability for last minute shifts
- Willingness to travel
- Community experience is desirable but not essential.
